Does anyone have any idea of what happened in 2018 causing the May hog spread to expire at ~11? The butterfly seems not to have too much downside but still don't want to get burnt in these conditions...

Seems a bit off to me that May-June spread is 9.3, and June-July spread is -0.8.. Why is June at a premium to both May and July? Anyone got an idea?

Perhaps, I'm not sure what hog supply looks like.. make sure you've looked at the supply picture properly before shorting such a prompt contract flat price!
