Yes, Replikanto is a trade copier as well as APEX Trade Copier will place one based on the master account & a select account as follower.

possibly there are updates to since I last used it, but when I had the interface was very lacking and buggy, and each chart had to have an instance of it loaded and then specifically set to the same...
