Publish as in create a web link to a chart with...

Publish as in create a web link to a chart with drawings on it. Yea trendspider and trading view both have publishing but no tick charts. At least not yet.

Sadly ToS web does not have tick charts. But...

Does anybody know of a web based charting platform that can do tick charts down to at least 2000 ticks and publish ideas? Live data not required but preferred. I love TradingView but they don�t have...
