If there is a noticable impact on CPU or RAM...
If there is a noticable impact on CPU or RAM usage without any obvious reason like massive calculations on every data update, it's probably not coded well.

Most problems are normally caused by badly coded...
Most problems are normally caused by badly coded indicators or application of many calculation intensive indicators. If you don't use tons of indicators per chart and make sure the ones you use are...
