Wow, Mike. Scary stuff. You seem to be managing it with a sense of humor, that's the best you can do. Other than follow the rules and don't tax yourself too much.

Sorry you are having a tough time.
Everything seems so cliche when someone is in pain and there is nothing you can do for them.
