NinjaTrader 8 with TD Ameritrade futures

Is anyone using NinjaTrader 8 with TD Ameritrade,
since I have a couple of questions:

1) with Futures; say NQ or MNQ to you have any idea
the milliseconds required for a round trip Market order?...
