I don't think it can be done in one VWAP due to the order of the subgraphs. You can do it with a bit of a hack by adding moving averages study and writing over top the middle area with background...

One way is to use Transparent Fill Top and Bottom for each pair of standard deviation graphs. The colors shade over top of each other, but if you play around with the color selection it comes out...
