The question with numbers and earnings is not whether they beat or missed "expectations" -- the question is whether it's good enough. Misses are bought, and beats are sold, on a probably majority...

Icahn would be everyone's first guess as to a big seller, but my guess is that uncle carl probably does not prefer to sell it down even 2%, much less 4%, and has probably been selling intermittently...

Mostly options, because the spread was large, price was high. Then again, the options were pretty much the same in these two respects too :-)
