60 min & and daily for big picture/overview/trend & 1 min w/ VWAP for intraday trades
I use 60 minute and daily of ES for big picture overview, trend and what my bias should be at the moment (long or short)
I use 1 min chart with VWAP for intraday trades with emphasis on longer...
