I wouldn't trust any internet source that can provide 6.5 tbh, but just in case someone here has it they might share with you.
I'm not even sure if it can be installed any more as NT has removed...

That's a very old version, probably NT stopped...
That's a very old version, probably NT stopped supporting it altogether.
I might ask, is there anything specific you need from 6.5? Is it impossible to get that on later and more latest versions?
