Scam no.
TST goal is fund traders who meet demands. Not to collect money for Combines.
I don't know was this e-mail for only for funded traders only or not
but I hided the traders "names".

But lets say you try 10 times and you pass Combine with Combine rules and then LTP with additional rule that
makes it totally different, then its bad. To me it ment I cant trade CL like in first...

LTP seems mandatory.
In one hand they make COMBINE easier to pass ( lowering objective, adding continues combines, 1 contract combine and so on .. )
but lately it seems everybody...
