Just cleared cache for the site and and refreshed. Chat was there until I logged in. This is what was displayed on console for homepage.

Worked on incognito with chrome, without logging...
Worked on incognito with chrome, without logging in. Logging in on incognito made it disappear. Doesn't work on safari logged in either.
