Hmm, you are on to something. Yes, I can drag around on the color swatch and get the numbers to change to three digits, but I have the same problem manually typing them to three digits in Paint.

I can click in the box, delete what's already in...
I can click in the box, delete what's already in there, but can't type more than 2 digits, just get an error sound after the 2nd digit.
