The outside bar color is paint WHEN it goes outside the previous bar........the inside bar can only paint once the bar is complete.......a reversal bar is an assigned percentage of the complete bar...

I always use the news indicator............it's right on my chart........to my knowledge Bloomberg does not have a news indicator and even if they did it would be no different than the forex factory...

My preference for inside bars has nothing to do with the other trades being "harder to figure out"..........the outside bars on a 15 minute bar are usually associated with a very large amount of risk...

The outside bar was intentionally coded to paint WHEN it becomes an outside bar NOT after it becomes an outside bar....as in at bar close.
