After a quick look at the code, the plot color is not defined or hard coded, so you should just be able to change it under the format indicator option within your chart, under plots/styles...

Looks like Swing highs and lows. Look for a Swing indicator in MultiCharts. Keep in mind it won't paint for several bars after where the text appears (then it paints backwards, "repainting").
