For images it is better to click 'embed' after...
For images it is better to click 'embed' after you upload it, so it's embedded in the post instead of attached to it.
For videos, don't do that - just attach and it will appear below the post.

Just make a FLV or MP4 file, and attach that file to your post like a regular file. Do not embed it. Then it will appear as a video below your post.
Screencast will not work for...
