Agree, my understanding of what was there was that Rithmic said too many Sierra users aren't executing via Sierra, so Rithmic wants to start charging more licensing fees to Sierra.

I looked briefly, it seems Sierra does not...
I looked briefly, it seems Sierra does not support CQG. I would recommend switching brokers to a Zen Fire broker or CTS broker, and/or other supported brokers in combination with IQFeed.

No idea of backfill is available or supported with CQG.

Yes, Cumulative Delta works fine with Sierra Chart, it is built-in. Sierra Chart also natively supports bid/ask backfill with supported providers like...
