All you need is the bid ask for each 'last' tick....
All you need is the bid ask for each 'last' tick. It works perfectly in Sierra Chart with IQFeed, cumulative delta backfill works.

I don't know who you talked to, but yes IQFeed has historical bid/ask and Sierra Chart supports it.

If you are trying to do cumulative delta with IB, don't. It's a waste of time.
Delta just requires L1 to know if the trade was at the bid or offer. But I think L2 is part of the CME futures...
