Sierra has proper bid/ask backfill from DTN, like IRT and MD. I don't know of any other platform that does this.

I do not believe it is fair to compare an entire platform (IRT/MD) to an add-on to an existing platform.

IRT has a lot of functionality that is not available through any practical means or add-ons...
