BTW, I think NT stores the absolute window...

BTW, I think NT stores the absolute window positions in the XML file for the workspace, another last case resort would be to edit that.

Yup and I think also right-click taskbar and...

Yup and I think also right-click taskbar and Cascade windows will do it as well, but it will screw up all the positions of the other windows.
