How do I create Strategy with the Second Entry indicator

If you have a 2nd entry indicator you can easily...

If you have a 2nd entry indicator you can easily build a simple strategy but I'm not sure you can easily make something solid with the built-in bulder.
How exactly depends on the indicator you use....
