The problem resolves after unchecking "New Bar at session start" box. Now I need to set start time for the first bar of the Intraday chart (not start of session times, first bar of first day)?...

Yes, because, SC maintain only Intraday variant of Volume per bar. At the beginning of the day first bar start from 0. I need to continue add volume to last bar of previous day.
