The lines that are made with the numbers. At normal chart settings, they just show as dots. Have to zoom in a lot to get them to show up as numbers.

That code will give you gaps on lower time frames...

That code will give you gaps on lower time frames but it does address your 2nd part.

I have not tried to convert it to higher time frames.

If you want momentum... why would you enter at equilibrium? You have significantly better odds of profit by paying attention to your MACD and price pattern divergences and getting in on the confirmed...
