Initially I used high/low based on where price is relative to VWAP. Then I decided to just use Typical price to keep things simple. I hope that helps.

I have that book. It's a good book if you don't have much experience with EL or Tradestation. It goes over building blocks and specifics of backtesting and report in Tradestation (very similar to MC)

In case if somebody runs into the same issue: When you import the data in the QuoteManager, you have to choose custom then enter "Big Point Value" to equal $50 (for ES). Mine had 10 instead..
