Generally speaking the the most profitable systems are of a trend following nature so obviously we are not using a scalping or other short TF day trading method to discuss this.

Don't stop.... lets just get on with the trade aspect of your idea.
It is easy to get sidetracked in life.... We tend to make things far more complicated than they really need to be and swinging...
