Just curious why do you want to go from NinjaTrader to Amibroker? I did the complete opposite. Found NinjaTrader much easier to use and way more third party addons etc.

This sounds just like normal bank money lending that can be used for trading. I would imagine that just like banks you would have to provide some sort of collateral.
