If I’m obliged to subscribe market depth, Kinetick are more expensive than Bartchart.

Hello,

My data feed is Kinetick for YM instrument.

I have no problem for the different chart but I don't have the connection for the superdom.

Where is the mistake?

I buy a new computer wich run on to 64 bits with windows 7 professional. I downloaded NT and I replace the file...
