FWIW the new site is using whois privacy...

FWIW the new site is using whois privacy protection. This along with the prior potential domain transfer of the main site, it seems ownership may be transferring...hopefully for the better.

Great product, but his history of responsiveness to emails leaves a lot to be desired. He should charge more and bring on more support...at least acknowledge and say you can't answer at the present...
