Yes, MT4 time depends on forex brokers. I rarely notice time information on trading software. Just use H1 chart and we know for sure this is 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours... ago :sarcastic:

So, the weird problem can only come from third-party tools, and in your case, the outdated indicator :D
