I agree with you Tommip. And i think itīs ripping of your customers when in really you pay 10 times more for trading CFD than you do with futures. It makes no sence.

The spread in some of your CFD contracts are huge. Like NGAS that has a 10 tic spread. If i compare 100 cfd contracts (that is the same as 1 futures contract), the cost with FXCM is 100 $, instead...

I would like to see some improvements in customer support. Just an email support is very out of date when there are many ways to have a direct support chat like multicharts or tradestation.
