It's not the hundredth pip that matters (and apologies if that was misleading), but it is the micro-lot that matters. MT4 can trade in micro-lots. NT8 should be able to trade in micro-lots also.

NT7 supports full lots (one pip), demi-lots (half pip) and mini lots (tenth pip).
