Range Bars

With range bars I use Pivot Points, an 20 EMA, MACD (6,19,9), Stoch (3, 5, 3), Bollinger (12, 2)

Yes, I use the same indicators I would use with time charts or tick charts. I personally use MACD (9,11,16) and Stochastic (3-5-3)
