If you put: Use Close Price and Swing Size...
If you put:
Use Close Price and Swing Size to 1 or 2 it looks similar.
But definitely is not the same - maybe someone who use Weis Wave can say it to be more certain.

There is one option on Weiss that do not count...
There is one option on Weiss that do not count swing when it smaller than I think. But People who use it have to say something about it.
I don't know why but when I check it at work it does not...

This indicator works amazing, but it lack of one quite important option.
It should compare previous swing swing to detect 121 formation that's very easy to program.
Also ABC pattern...
