If u really need it for making money, try to use SierraChart instead of TOS. There is such indicator/time counter.
Or lets keep your PCs clock synchronized and open clocks on another...

Anyway, theoretical option price (as well as greeks) in TOS is not counted correctly. So it will probably not give u edge if u put this "theo price" into chart....
