If you happen to be a Veteran of the Armed Forces they waive that fee. Im not sure how long they have had this promo around but I wished I had found it sooner.

You might try the FxPro platform. They have exactly what you are searching for. I trade mostly FDAX on them, but they also have other futures. Im sure that the futures they provide...
