I don't understand the overwrite Plot method. And how would I stipulate bottom of price panel under each bar.

I'm trying to have a rectangle to draw under each bar at the bottom of price panel. Is there a way in NT7 to do this? I know how to get DrawRectangle() to draw a rectangle at a certain...
