Does somebody know if there is a Ninjatrader indicator or strategy available that gives an alert when an instrument moves an X amount of ticks in an X amount of time?

When I set my FX chart data settings from half pip to full pip increments, then after a bar close I often see the high or low of the bar change. It seems like intra bar it is still moving in half...
