as far as Asia session goes, also highly recommend checking out HKex exchange offerings through IB. HSI, MHI futures are very economical to trade (albeit a bit crazy)

not sure if you're still looking but I have traded a few pretty heavily on IB: N225M and MHI. I dabbled in mini topix but its not very liquid and doesnt offer anything over the mini nikkei....
