I know that interactive brokers do real time data for the eurex but its not free around 8 euros which is better than most out there.

i think mirus does eurex as well and if i am not mistaken...

IMO if you have $ account and if you are depositing and withdrawing from your account regularly, you will lose alot on exchange rates which is more or less same as if you go to a bank and exchange...
