Have you tried MNQ instead of NQ. Helps with more wiggle room for your trades. YM has much less followthrough on the moves, nasdaq is much better. Just something to think about.

I agree that Sierra is more seamless once you get a hang of it, but NT has less of a learning curve. The newer versions of NT 8 seem to be more stable as well.
I use the TPO add on's ( for Ninja )...
