Add a second data set (same market) to your chart...
Add a second data set (same market) to your chart , set that one to RTH. Add your MA to that, but have it display in panel 1 (your ETH chart). Drag the second data set down to hide it.

Though the trade actually lost 10 or 11 ticks, true loss with opportunity was more like 60 ticks.
