Why not backtest on a High Fill resolution of 1 tick in NT8? Then you actually execute to a 1 last price tick series on the hood.

To my understanding that would be the cash index only, so not the TF futures you seek. I've looked into it as well, but seems Kinetick can't offer ICE as exchange at all.

Have not seen that here Pete, runnning it on dedicated machine to test out but so far getting along well including some vendor license calls done. It's more me getting used to Win8 than anything else.

Keep in mind though that's for source cs files. For removing compiled / assembly versions (mostly 3rd party addons), use the File > Utilities > Remove NinjaScript option.

Go to your log file and check for the order id associated to the 'phantom', then use the search function in the editor to unravel it's history to the origin.
