Help with indicator; Range--High minus Low of current bar

Tick Range Indicator

I was wondering if is possible to also show the previous bar's range simply by hovering the mouse arrow over the bar?

I can't remember where I picked this indicator up, but it was free; i.e. not protected. It might have been integrity-trader.com Can anyone modify this indicator so the histogram bars are colored blue...
