DoubleMA for NinjaTrader 7.0
I have coded the DoubleMA from scratch for NT7. I have tested it for the most part and compared values with the prior 6.5 version. I believe it is working correctly but more eyes are always better so...

I was planning to review this code and take a crack at making it work with NT7. However, based on BigMike's post, this is not a good idea.
