To my knowledge US brokers are not allowed by SEC...

To my knowledge US brokers are not allowed by SEC regulations to offer foreign options - just the underlying futures - without further arrangements between foreign exchange and SEC.

you mentioned around Dec. 21st that a for a new entry the blocked funds should exceed 6x IM. In the light of all of Dec, what would you consider sensible?

ToS are not allowed to do any margin enabled business with EU residents. Doesn`t apply to cash accounts. And residents of Switzerland are not restricted in their options/futures trades in any way.

But how -technically- do you get the spreads opened? I see no way for comfortable handling of spread orders at decarley.

For the naked version they are fine.
