brackets are preconfigured by you and orders are serverside.
OCO is done manualy and orders are on you re machine

YES - Itīs server side, and that is a so very important feature (why isnīt this a higher priority for you traders out there?)
It is also a very fast application, even more so with the Rithmic feed...
