I think I can help you with the Tick connection. When I was with TST I was not able to get that access. I had to go through my primary account connection and pay the extra index fees to get access....

Basically was dead easy, once I was in Editor...I right clicked and brought up References....once that came up...all I did was click OK...and it fixed it.
