Can wipe most things by going through the cleaner/registry/tools delete options.
Under Settings > Secure Deletion > use Very Complex to wrap it up. Hope it helps.

Run only 1 chart book and have your gold on monitor 1 and Euro on monitor 2. This will save you from having to flip from chartbooks. Everything will be on "one giant screen" aka 2 monitors.
