The idea is to trade the calendar spread between ES march and ES June (or other futures contracts - NQ, YM, etc) and buy Ask March / sell Bid June...

II go to Tools->Historical data manager
than <Edit> and select the Instrument you want to edit (ES for me)
Go on <Last><Minute><february2011> and select the day I want to edit...
