I think you may have misinterpreted my comments. I never said that JP Morgan wasn't the target of lawsuits or inquiries... more so than any other bank, they are in fact in the government's crosshairs...

Using AMP/CQG now, no complaints... but others have a longer track record with these FCMs, I was mainly with Mirus. I've heard good things about Optimus, you could try them out too.

My guess is that Mirus is a small portion of RCG's total business (pure speculation on my part). Plus a bunch of people are with Dorman too, not just RCG. My guess is that your funds will be fine...
